Landlord Services
DPG Plumbing and Heating offer landlords peace of mind with our complete Safety Checks for their rented accommodation. It is a legal requirement for landlords to maintain appliances and flues which are provided for tenants.
An annual safety check must be carried out by a GAS SAFE approved engineer (formerly CORGI). Where upon a certificate of compliance will be issued.

A typical safety inspection by our engineers will include checks to ensure that appliances are safe to use and meet our legal requirements. Once the appropriate checks have been made a Landlord Gas Safety Certificate will be issued.
